Building a team
We’ve reached an exciting stage of our development here at CDPS Wales as we start to recruit people to join our team. Building on the work done over the past nine months, we are now in a position to hire for key roles.
We are looking for people who can help us:
- build and develop better services
- work to build up a strong community of practice for digital skills in Wales
- provide excellent comms and engagement
Who We’re Looking For
We have an exciting remit to make tangible change to digital public services in Wales. We’re keen to find the very best people and are committed to building teams that reflect the diverse nature of Wales today. We want people who are relentlessly collaborative and
, who can talk with passion about the work they’re doing and the positive impact it will deliver.
These first three roles, Head of Delivery, Head of Communications and Engagement and Community Manager will be the foundation of that work. There will be more recruitment in the spring/summer, including Delivery Leads and User Researchers.
