Could you be our new Community Manager?
At CDPS we’ve started to create communities around our digital service standards to provide a space where anyone with an interest can come together to share knowledge and ideas.
We want these communities to provide real value, building a safe space to generate discussion and creating a sense of excitement around digital public services, sharing good practice and helping grow digital skills.
We’re currently looking for a Community Manager to help us do this. Your remit is to build communities of practice across the digital professions. You’ll identify, contact and collaborate with people committed to our digital service standards who want to create open, sharing and learning communities of practice.
We’ve already kicked off communities around building bilingual services and the service standards in general. We now want to do more. Our Community Manager role will be part of our communications and engagement team and we’re looking for someone who can understand what’s already in place in Wales and build on that.
We want to allow anyone working on building better services in Wales to share their successes, their failures and their learnings. Collaborating with community members, you’ll understand their needs, challenges and blockers.
We’re looking for someone to build and support communities that trust, support, and learn from each other, helping to build capability.
