Knowledge sharing – Digital Service Standards, an update

7 September 2021

Join us for our next knowledge sharing series webinar when we’ll be looking at the progress in developing the Digital Service Standards for Wales.

It’s been a year since we published the first iteration of the standards. Digital Service Standards are a set of standards that anyone can follow to make sure that the needs of the user are always at the centre of the way services are designed and delivered.

We want to support the people who deliver public services in Wales to meet standards that will improve the experiences of people in Wales. Checking in regularly against an agreed set of standards can provide focus, pace and challenge.

We created a first draft of our digital service standards and asked for your feedback. Over the last few months, we’ve been talking to services users, researching the use of service standards in the UK and beyond and finding out a bit more about the challenges for people building public services in Wales.

In this next webinar in our knowledge sharing series, we’ll be providing an update on the standards and hearing from the people who are testing them.
