Knowledge Hub

We will create a proof of concept for a repository of information with examples of good practice in user-led digital transformation of public services happening in Wales and elsewhere. These examples are often seen in individual organisations, but not widely shared. Curating a sharable catalogue of user stories, digital strategies and digital plans we’ll support organisations to conduct effective user research and build communities of practice to share and publicise what works well and lessons learnt.

• Knowledge Hub – we are currently running a Discovery and Alpha focusing on the questions:
  • What does truly effective knowledge sharing look like?
  • How does it make things better for people who engage with it?

This alpha is due to complete by January 2021.
