We’re looking for people who are passionate about Agile working, who know how to help teams succeed and care about improving the lives of citizens in Wales. And we want people who believe that how you work is as important as what you deliver.  

We’re interested in people with proven experience in:  

  • delivering digital products and services 
  • taking a lead in advocating for a user-centred approach to delivering products and services  
  • using a range of Agile project management methods 
  • using tools and techniques to identify and fix issues in team dynamics, choosing the right approaches to support the development of blended teams 
  • matrix-managing multidisciplinary teams 
  • building inclusive cultures and introducing new skills and approaches into organisations 
  • coaching, mentoring and delivering training in a variety of forms
