- Grow modern (DDaT) capability and skills in the Welsh public sector (so that people have the confidence, skills, capacity and capabilities to deliver better public services)
- Embed standards and guidance (so that there is consistency in the design and delivery of public services, making services easier to use and making it easier for organisations to work together)
- Develop shared products and services (so we avoid duplication, and inefficiency and deliver user and value-for-money benefits across the public sector)
- Run a great CDPS (so that our people feel supported in their careers, and our business is ethical, sustainable and offers maximum value for money)
