Chief Executive Officer

Harriet is joint Chief Executive Officer with Myra, working to enable our support of the Digital Strategy for Wales.

With Myra, Harriet is accountable for CDPS meeting its agreed outcomes and best use of our resources, making sure we understand and deliver for our users, and that we get the support we need at senior levels.

Myra is joint Chief Executive Officer with Harriet, leading CDPS.

Myra, along with Harriet, connects with senior leaders across the Welsh public sector to create partnerships, which then enable us to work together, to improve digital services for people across Wales.

Edwina O'Hart

Edwina O’Hart

Head of Communications and Engagement

Edwina leads the communications team who work across all our service teams including, standards, training, events and delivery as well as our internal operations.

Edwina’s team are here to support the Welsh public sector to work in the open, tell the story about the benefits of working in an Agile way (and showing what good looks like), and helping them to make mutually beneficial connections through our events and communities of practice.

Peter Thomas

Peter Thomas

Head of Skills and Capability

Peter leads the learn digital skills service to build digital transformation skills and confidence of staff in existing roles and support those who want to move into Welsh digital public services.

He works with others to develop a digital workforce strategy and support practical measures to create a pipeline of skilled professionals with the goal of reducing digital skills gaps, build a shared understanding of digital transformation and user-centred design, upskill existing Welsh public sector employees new to digital, and attract talent into digital roles in Wales.

Head of User Centred Design

Joanna works closely across all projects and services to ensure users are at the heart of design and decision-making.

Jo supports the Welsh public sector to connect with the people who use their services to ensure services meet the needs of users and the needs of the business.

Phillipa Knowles

Phillipa Knowles

Head of Operations

Phillipa is Head of Operations and oversees HR, finance, governance and procurement.

She is responsible for running a great organisation so that our people feel supported, our business is ethical, sustainable and offers maximum value for money and that our board feels assured.

Phillipa’s operations team provides the support to enable our staff to do their work to support the Welsh public sector.

Jemima Monteith-Thomas

Jemima Monteith-Thomas

Head of Standards

Jemima champions the Digital Service Standard for Wales and leads on CDPS’s work to provide guidance and support to the Welsh public sector to design and deliver services that meet the standard. 

She also supports the adoption and curation other UK and international standards, guidance and good practice for Wales through the Digital Standards Working Group, along with leading the development of Service Assessments to provide guidance, insights and assurance for public sector service teams.
