Sharon Gilburd is a digital strategist who has worked with established and start-up businesses to transform their ways of working, through the application of digital design and technology. After spending nearly two decades working in marketing, change and innovation, Sharon knows how important it is to make the right technology choices to run critical services.

Sam is a Digital Programme Consultant at Cwmpas. Her background has been in software as a service (SaaS) working across several sectors, most recently in digital project management in local government. Sam’s passion is around digital skills and inclusion and has delivered several interventions in these areas. Sam has recently been appointed on a secondment as a Media Literacy Officer delivering a research project around media literacy.
 

John-Mark (known as JM) is Head of Transformation at the BBC, with a background at the Civil Service, including large-scale operational delivery and transformation roles at Companies House and the Department for Work and Pensions.

Andrea is the Director of Digital and Business Change at Linc Cymru. Her experience in the housing sector includes strategic planning, business development and service design. Andrea is an advocate for digital services to support equality of opportunity within Wales and the nation’s economic success.

Ben is a software engineer and entrepreneur. He’s co-founder of Haplo, a platform for rapid delivery of digital services, and led a technology team that used it to transform administration of research at universities across the world. His professional interests are digital transformation, information security and diversity and inclusion within the technology industry.
