At this Dolenni Digidol at Da Cafe, Cardiff, we’re taking a personal, human-centred approach to digital leadership. Instead of focusing on policy or pressure, we’ll hear real stories from leaders at the heart of public service transformation in Wales. These are the people making change happen - navigating the highs, the lows, and learning lessons along the way.
We’ll be bringing to life the realities of leading digital transformation, and creating space for reflection, honesty, and inspiration.
Expect a mix of short talks and informal discussion around:
- Navigating the personal challenges of leading change
- Building a culture that supports digital transformation
- Staying creative, collaborative, and connected through complexity
We’ll hear talks from:
- Liz Lucas, Director of Transformation, Digital and Procurement, Caerphilly County Borough Council – on leading through complexity and challenging the status quo
- Rebecca Godfrey, Interim CEO, Welsh Revenue Authority and Chair of the Digital and Data Standards Board – on how to embed an Agile culture and a truly digital mindset
- Matt Lewis, Chief Operating Officer, Shared Resource Service and Chair of the AI Leadership Group in Wales – on radical redesign and not being afraid to start again
