The Centre for Digital Public Services (CDPS) is pleased to be offering training to individuals working in local planning authorities in Wales.
The course will focus on the fundamentals of service design and content design.
The course will offer practical skills to take back to support your work in planning services. This will cover:
- Understanding how users interact with a service / content
- Ideating potential solutions
- Planning accessible and bilingual content
- Service patterns
- Testing potential solutions and content
- Implementing solutions and publishing content
- The purpose of sharing improvements
- How to iteratively improve services
The course will take 6 hours in total, split into 2, 3 hour training sessions.
You are booking for 9.30am - 12.30pm on 13 November and 9.30am – 12.30pm on 20 November.
Before booking, please ensure you are available to join both of the 3 hour training sessions.
To run this course, we need a minimum of 6 participants. In the event that we have less than 6 participants in attendance, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the session.
