  3. Encourage everyone to get a feel for AI
  4. Adopt, engage and invest in AI with a positive outlook, but ask “Do we need to use this?” every time
  5. Develop AI policy that aligns with regulations
  6. Make people aware of their accountability for AI
  7. Talk about what we’re doing
  8. Engage a critical friend to review your plans and decisions
  9. Make basic AI training mandatory
