Background
The nursing home modernisation project aimed to bring 3 paper-based nursing homes online.
We engaged with staff to hear their voices to create a shared vision, which enabled us to deliver a solution designed around all staff and business needs; which gave us strong stakeholder engagement ensuring a highly successful rollout and adoption of the solutions.
We looked to understand the people who would benefit from the new system processes and how the technology would be introduced
What the session will cover
Our session will tell the story of how we researched, co-designed and worked together to procure and release products for care planning, medication distribution and stock control (eMAR) and working schedules for staff all in one fell swoop. There will be a focus on how the implementation engaged with the people, process, and technology.
