In this pre-recorded course, you’ll learn about practical ways to adopt Agile ways of working. You will learn through practical tasks that you can apply to your role.

Who this course is for

This course is aimed at teams who:

  • work in the Welsh public sector delivering devolved services
  • have previously completed our Digital and Agile: the foundations course
  • are seeking to further their knowledge of Agile ways of working

Cost

This course is funded by the Welsh Government and is free for those who work in the Welsh public sector delivering devolved services.

How it works

A pre-recorded course that you can access anytime, anywhere:

  • fit the course into your own time, learn whenever it suits you
  • lead your schedule and progress without a trainer

The course is made up of 5 modules. We estimate that on average, it should take around 1.5 to 2.5 hours to complete each module.

At the end of the course, we’ll ask you to complete a feedback questionnaire to help us improve our training.

  • create user stories
  • plan a delivery cycle
  • explain the purpose and focus of each Agile event
  • explain the roles and responsibilities within a cross-functional team
  • explain the importance of creating an environment for people to do their best work
