Join us to help grow service design as a discipline, and position service designers as experts, essential to delivering better public services in Wales.
Who this community is for
- Service designers.
- Anyone who is doing service design to improve public services for people in Wales.
In a typical meeting, we might:
- share our design work
- invite guest speakers to talk about a topic or project
- discuss challenges and opportunities
How we meet
The group meets on Microsoft Teams on the second Wednesday of every month at 11am.
When you join, you'll be invited to Basecamp where we keep in touch between meetings to share ideas, feedback and things we’ve found.
Culture
Members of the community should always treat each other with respect and be:
- kind
- understanding
- constructive
- helpful
- supportive
We don’t record our regular virtual meetings.
It is a safe space for designers to openly discuss their challenges.
Members should respect that others may be sharing problems in confidence. If we choose, as a community, to share what we have been discussing, we won’t talk about who said what.
