Here's what we'll be covering:
- An overview of the design system for Wales project. What is it? What does it mean? What benefits could be realised?
- Research update: An overview of the research journey that we have been on. We'll share details on who we have gathered insight from, what their challenges are, what their needs are and what they would value most when it comes to designing digital public services.
- Themes: We will delve into some of the themes that have been uncovered through the discovery, what some user needs are and what some of these themes may mean for the future.
- Looking ahead: We’ll discuss the complete findings from the 11-week discovery and our final recommendations.
This is a chance to engage with Perago and CDPS and ask any questions about the latest developments and what’s next for a design system for Wales.
