We’re back at Maes D for this year’s National Eisteddfod in Wrexham!

We’ll be hosting a Welsh-language panel event bringing together senior public service leaders, lived-experience voices and subject matter experts to discuss why accessibility matters. We’ll talk about how plain language, inclusive design and assistive technologies can transform services for everyone, including Welsh speakers.

We’ll hear from:

  • Jeremy Evas, Head of Cymraeg 2050, Welsh Government, as our session chair

  • Dr John-Mark Frost, Interim Chair of CDPS Board, and Senior Director at BBC

  • Rob Williams, Digital Inclusion Officer Vision Support, a charitable organisation based in northeast Wales

  • Efa Grufudd Jones, Welsh Language Commissioner

  • Rhian Bowen Davies, Older People’s Commissioner

  • Gruff Prys, Head of the Language Technologies Unit at Bangor University

Plus... we’ll be launching something exciting! Join us to be the first to hear all about it.

Please note: This is an open event to members of the public and does not include entry to the Eisteddfod. You will need to purchase your own ticket for entry. Tickets are available on the Eisteddfod website.
