A team at CDPS has been working on an Alpha to inform the future model for service assessments in Wales. The team is taking an experiment based approach to the Alpha work and will be undertaking 3 experiments.  The goal is to understand: 

  1. What the end-to-end service should be. 
  2. How it should be operated. 
  3. Who is needed to deliver and support it effectively. 

In this show and tell, the team will share the output and outcomes of the first Alpha experiment and details of the remaining Alpha work. Come along, learn about what we’ve been up to and ask questions!
