This course is free for those who work in the Welsh public sector delivering devolved services.

Course outcomes
This course will help you to:
- uncover user needs
- moderate a usability test
- plan research within an Agile framework
- interpret data from field research to create a journey map
- identify and prioritise tasks into usability testing
- interpret user research
How you will learn
- Currently delivered in English – please get in touch if you have Welsh language requirements.
- Delivered live on Microsoft Teams with supporting materials and activities on Google Classroom – a Google Account will be required to participate.
- 9 three-hour sessions (27 hours of live training in total).
- 12 individuals in each session.
- In-session activities to help you in your learning.
- Some homework between sessions.
- Follow up after the course ends to see how learning has been used.
