Disability, language, and design

How can you make your services and content more inclusive?

Should you say ‘disabled people,’ ‘people with disabilities,’ or something else?

In this one-hour webinar, Jack Garfinkel, Content Designer, Content Design London, will explore the social model of disability and how it can help you create better, more inclusive products and services. Jack will also explain why legal and medical language can sometimes be a barrier rather than a help.

Bring your questions – there will be time for a Q&A at the end to explore the challenges and opportunities you face in your own work.
