Accessibility is essential to delivering inclusive, user-centred public services, but how well are Welsh public sector organisations meeting this need? 

Join us for an online show and tell, where we’ll share the findings from our recent accessibility discovery project. 

This session is designed for public service professionals across Wales who are keen to improve digital accessibility in their organisations. 

What you'll learn: 

  • an overview of the research we conducted, including accessibility audits, interviews, and surveys 
  • the challenges identified, from regulatory gaps to organisational culture 
  • next steps and how you can contribute to shaping the future of accessibility in Wales
