Overview
The Digital Service Standard for Wales was developed in collaboration with Welsh Government and local authorities across Wales.
It defines what good public services look like in Wales and helps organisations design and deliver efficient, cost-effective, and user-centred services.
The Standard consists of 12 points across 3 categories. You should aim to meet the Standard as a whole.
