What a busy and exciting year it has been.
By the time our review is published, we will already be well into quarter 1 of the new financial year, with lots of progress already made towards our objectives for 2023 to 2024.
We’ve done lots of work around our strategic priorities for the rest of this Senedd term to help meet these objectives. We have a 3-year and a 1-year roadmap (agile as you’d expect)!
We have recently developed a method to prioritise our work and have real clarity on the services we will provide in 2023 to 2024. All of this will be communicated in the coming weeks.
If last year was a year for consolidation, this year is the year for delivery.
