In this module we want join the dots between Digital and Agile. That's because they work in partnership as a way of thinking, behaving, and doing. Digital is about organisational change. Agile is a piece of the puzzle: working in this way can help you on your path to digital transformation.
At its core, Agile encourages you to put your users at the centre. You then aim to deliver products or services that meet their needs. Agile teams can deliver these to users early, so they can gather feedback. This in turn informs how the product or service develops over time.
