We’ve brought together a team of researchers, procurement specialists and education leaders.
A summary of the work
We contacted the 22 local authorities in Wales to explain the discovery and invite them to take part.
Our researchers interviewed people who use a school information management system in schools and people in local authorities to deepen our understanding of user needs.
The discovery phase revealed a wide range of end-user needs but also shines the light on the needs of other stakeholders.
