We have been able to reduce committed spend on several outsourced functions for 2025/26.
Procurement as a service spend will reduce by £20k this year due to the continued development of our commercial associate and due to the re-procurement of the commercial service resulting in a significant saving from 24/25.
Finance as a service continues to reduce from last year by £14k.
Partnership Team costs refer to a full-time officer, employed by WG but funded by CDPS who provides dedicated Partnership Team support to CDPS. This ensures that CDPS can effectively and appropriately report to Welsh Government, the Minister and across other Ministerial Departments.
