Our roadmap outlines the outcomes we want to achieve in 2025/26, along with the activity we’ll focus on each quarter to achieve these outcomes.
We are focusing on 3 areas:
- Cross public sector work: standards, service manual, service assessments, leadership events, communities of practice and capability building
- Delivery of the First Minister’s priorities (currently, but not limited to, planning, neurodiversity and
benefits) - Supporting Welsh Government to deliver its digital agenda
(including training for senior civil servants and managing gov.wales domains)
