In this module we will look at how Agile teams establish their ways of working. We'll start by looking at how teams plan a delivery cycle, using the product backlog. This enables you to plan to deliver the work of the highest value. It also enables you do adapt your plans, as things change.
We'll then look at how teams track their progress. This encourages alignment within teams. It also enables teams to identify blockers, so that they can address them.
Next, we'll look at how teams review and share the progress they've made. This is an important step to make others aware of changes. It also represents an opportunity to gather feedback and outline next steps.
Finally, we'll look at how Agile teams reflect on their ways of working. The aim is to identify what's working and what's challenging. Doing so enables teams to define actions, which aim to improve ways of working.
