In this module we will look at different approaches to structuring teams. For each, we’ll consider the benefits and challenges.

We’ll then look at the typical roles in an Agile team. For each, we’ll consider their responsibilities, the skills they bring and how they work in collaboration.

Finally, we’ll look at how teams can identify who they need to engage with. This will help teams plan this in advance. It means they can engage with the right people at the right time, to maintain their pace of delivery.
